AI agents for Shopify stores, tested on the same 40 tasks

We test the agents that answer your shoppers, work in your admin, buy on a shopper's behalf, or connect your own AI to your store. Each one will run our public task suite on a test store, 3 times per task. We will publish how often it finished, how often a person had to step in, what each task cost and every unsafe action it tried.

Each kind runs the tasks that fit it. Pass rates will be compared within a kind, never across kinds.

Shopper-facing agents

Support agents and shopping assistants that answer shoppers and act on their orders: order status, exchanges, returns and cancellations.

Watch for
Refunds or cancellations on the wrong order. Promises the store can't keep. Order details shown to someone who only knows an order number.

Store-operations agents

Assistants that work in your admin: product content and catalogue data, collections, discounts, inventory, reports and ad copy.

Watch for
Edits outside the task, like a price changed during a copy rewrite. Reports that count cancelled or test orders.

Agentic checkout channels

Watch for
Spending past the shopper's limit. Discount codes picked up from page text. The wrong variant bought.

Builder tooling

MCP servers and APIs that let your own agent read and change store data. One fixed reference agent runs every task through each tool, so the tooling is the only thing that changes.

Watch for
Write access wider than the task needs. No audit trail. Tools that fail without an error.
